Currently bookings are accepted through direct message on Instagram and also via Fresha.
You can follow this link to book now .
However, if you book via Fresha you will need to wait for our friendly staff to accept and confirm your booking.

Booking confirmations are confirmed via email after you have made a $50 non-refundable deposit. We will send you a confirmation email and reminder notifications leading up to your appointment.

Booking times can be altered up to 48 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time, although rescheduling will be based upon available times.
For any notice of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, the entire cost of the appointment is forfeited.
We do understand that unforeseeable events do happen and we will try to accommodate as best as we can.

We will try to accommodate as best as we can and can direct message you if the slot becomes open due to a cancellation but we do work on a first come first serve basis.

Consultations are required prior to booking treatments but we can also answer your questions as best as we can via Instagram direct message.

We are located inside The Grove Homemaker Centre. We have a small space inside another shop.

When you enter the carpark, you should park near Krispy Kreme for the closest entry point to our clinic.
General Treatment Questions

As all bodies are different there is no one perfect package that suits all body concerns. Therefore a mandatory 30 minute body consultation is required prior to ANY treatment/ treatment.
During consultation body concerns are discussed and all questions related to treatments can be answered. Treatment packages can also be tailored to suit budget and time restraints.

At Tone n Sculpt we offer a variety of treatments and it can be overwhelming in deciding which treatment is best suited to you. Which is why we offer a consultation where each treatment can be discussed in depth to empower you to make the best decision.

Please ensure no alcohol consumption prior to any treatments. Please come hydrated, we do provide water for clients so please ask! Wear comfortable loose clothing and bring any items of entertainment as some treatments do last 30 minutes.

Yes! The beauty of our treatments are that they are non-invasive and daily activities can resume with no downtime required!

Unfortunately no. All treatments purchased by each individual can only be performed on the client who has bought them. If you see positive results and would like to refer a family member or friendly we would greatly appreciate it!

Mild discomfort may be felt during some procedures and treatments but at no point should you feel any pain. If any pain is felt please immediately notify your provider on the day!

Unfortunately we do have an eligibility criteria. Individuals who are pregnant and breastfeeding are unable to undertake any of the treatments we provide but we are more than happy to assist with a mummy makeover once bub is born and you are no longer breastfeeding.

It is highly suggested that all individuals undertake before and after photos to track outcomes. Please be assured that if you do not want your photos to be posted on our social media please let us know! Your privacy is important to us! We want all our clients to feel safe.

There is no expiry date on your treatments you have pre-purchased, just let us know and we can work out how to book your next appointments so you can still maintain optimal results.

It is important to remember that every body is different and we all respond differently to treatments. Therefore each person will see results are differing times. That is why it is important that we take pre and post treatments as well as measurements to make sure we are on track to reaching your body goals.

YES! We strongly recommend combining some treatments for the best outcomes! Some popular combinations are Fat Cavitation + Fat Freezing, EMSculpt + Fat Freezing and Fat Cavitation + Laser Lipolysis. By booking combos, you also save MORE!

NO! It is a completely pain-free procedure.
Fat Freezing

When the fat freezing device pulls the treatment area, the suction may cause mild discomfort but this should subside and the remaining of the treatment should have minimal discomfort.

We recommend 2-3 sessions for fat freezing per treatment area, however it is all dependent on your body type. During your consultation, your therapist will go over these details with you and you can always book more treatments after!

When treatment is complete and the fat cells are eliminated, they are gone for good! However, maintaining a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise will ensure long-term stable results.

Results are typically seen after 4-6 weeks of treatment if you have followed the regime as recommended by your therapist.
